By downloading, installing, or using One Number ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

One Number is a personal net worth tracking application that allows you to manually record your assets, liabilities, and financial goals. The App provides calculations, projections, and visualizations based on the data you enter.

Not Financial Advice

One Number is a tracking and visualization tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or any professional financial services.

• All projections and future estimates are hypothetical and based on assumptions you configure
• Actual returns may vary significantly from projections
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions
• The developer is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the App
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data through iCloud
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and protecting access to the App
• You should not rely solely on the App for financial record-keeping

In-App Purchase and Trial

• The App offers a free trial period, after which certain features require a one-time in-app purchase
• During the trial, all features are fully available
• After the trial expires, the App enters view-only mode — your data remains safe and viewable, but editing is restricted until purchase
• The in-app purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the App permanently
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies
• To request a refund, contact Apple directly through their standard refund process

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, icons, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of Karthikeyan Sriraman. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App's design elements, branding, or assets without permission
• Resell or redistribute the App

Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights to your personal or financial information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of calculations or projections
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with future operating system updates

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Financial losses based on App projections or calculations
• Inability to access the App
• Any errors in calculations or currency conversions

Availability

• The App requires iOS 26.2 or later
• iCloud sync requires an active iCloud account
• Widgets require iOS 26.2 or later
• Face ID / Touch ID requires compatible hardware
• The App may not be available in all countries or regions

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Your purchased access does not expire and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Apple's Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at: apple.com/legal
